Many people are interested in cooking recipes that are served in 5 star restaurant. For this there is a solution for those peoples to amaze their family and friend by becoming a chef of their own kitchen. It is true that we all can cook food and we can cook well but we have no idea about cooking like Masterchef to please our family and friends. However we really want to cook like them. Cooking is actually like a talent and an art. However there are certain secrets that masterchef used to cook that will help us to cook food like them.

Many people see many cookery shows like “Masterchef Australia” who loves cooking. They don’t dare to miss a single episode of these shows. They want to watch these cooking professionals closely as they roil out their named recipes. And then download these masterchef recipes from internet and then try it their own kitchen.

However some of them are not success to cook food like them. The reason is that every cook understands the taste and fragrance of food differently. Therefore in five star restaurant chefs always use ingredients and other seasoner. Also every cook have their own way of cooking. Therefore the dishes cooked at home is different in taste then those cooked in restaurant.

Thai FishCakes :- It is the most flavored food of Thailand. These cakes are mainly eaten with or without rice and accompany with Thai sweet chilli sauce, chopped cocumber, fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime juice. It required only one hour for cooking. The ingredients needed to cook Thai fishcakes is 454 gm white-fleshed fish fillets, 6 kaffir lime leaves, snipped into thin strips, 3 Tbsp. coconut milk, 2 Tbsp. fish sauce1, /2 tsp. shrimp paste, 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder, 1/3 tsp. ground cumin, 1/4 tsp. ground coriander, 1/2 tsp. brown sugar, 3 green onions, sliced1 thumb-size piece galangal, ginger, 3 cloves garlic, 1 red chili, 1/2 tsp. dried crushed chili, 1/2 cucumber oil for high temp. frying and for serving you need Thai sweet chili sauce, lime wedges and fresh coriander.

For preparation first of all make the small pieces of fish. In a cup add coconut milk, fish sauce, shrimp paste, chili powder, cumin, ground coriander, and brown sugar. Mix well and pour over the fish. Now add remaining ingredients to make a thick paste. now pat this paste on fish cakes. And put these cakes about 10-15 min. in freezer. On the other hand heat the oil in the frying pan till it start sizzle when splashed with water. Now put cakes in the oil and fried until its color changes into golden brown. Garnish cakes with sliced cocumber, Thai chilli sauce, fresh coriander and with lime juice. Served with rice.
